its a jutsu not a power up. it might have something to do with kyuubi's chakra but what doesnt when it comes to naruto? a simple kyuubi power up is just lame and boring and i think kishimoto got brains enough to know that.

in response to BOO Z, its simple to "revive" kyuubi, break the seal on naruto. if they need 8 demons to do that they sure are overestimating narutos power. akatsukis goals are probably something along world dominance or total control of the ninja world. they are all missing nins that supposedly dont like their respective village, they probably want to take over or destroy them.
