I just found a song recently released by Andrew WK, who wrote it when he was 17 for a girl he liked. She then slapped him with a restraining order. Very Creepy

My collection of anime OP/EDs. I have to say "Don't Say Lazy", "PAPERMOON", and "Zetsubou Billy" are probably the ones I flip to the most.

FFXIV OST
Please provide a link and/or a short description about why you like the music. I really don't want any contentless posts in this thread.

Lissie - Bad Romance
Indie girl covers Lady Gaga. Absolutely amazing. She conjures up the image of the Seattle Grunge scene without distorted guitars.
Worth listening to. I love the "walk walk fashion baby" part at 3:42 and after.
<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs
The Sign of the Southern Cross - Weeping Willow
I don't really like their album so much except for that one song, its completely different than the rest, i just love the singers voice in that particular song ^_^

Can't stop listening to the Metal Mix of Kraid's theme from the metroid series. I'm not sure if I like this or the original NES version better, but I do know I like both a lot.

"You are not free whose liberty is won by the rigour of other, more righteous souls. Your are merely protected. Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. This time you will stand alone and fight for yourselves. Now you will pay for your freedom in the currency of honest toil and human blood."

Ever since seeing the video Assertn posted in the Funny Videos thread, I haven't been able to go a full day without listening to this a couple of times.
Requiem for a Tower
I had never seen Requiem for a Dream until after I heard this song (hearing it made me want to watch the movie, so I did). This version is a remix, of course, used most often in movie trailers, but the original is just as good (softer and slower).

You-you-you by Polysics, I like their style eventhough this is quite old (2006)
If you liked you you you, you might like that one too

Rainbow from Emilie Simon.
There's a funny story about that one:
I was having a bibimbap in a Korean Restaurant in Versailles when that tune was playing.
I immediately asked what it was as I loved some far references to the 80s (the cure, bowie, kate bush etc...). The waiter promptly replied Emilie Simon.
Thing is she's a French composer/singer that is well known for "The march of the Emperor" that sadly didnot get the same sound track when reaching US shores.
I had to go to a Korean restaurant to get to know a not so new and unknown french artist. That shows how much I like music , or that I might be some kind of weabo...

Parkway Drive - Romance is Dead
Brutal breakdown (around 1:51) that just makes me want to kick punk ass little kids in the teeth.
If I ever feel like destroying something beautiful, breakdowns such as this are great enhancers.
And I've been feeling that way a lot recently.

Ever since KrayZ33 posted this, I've been following him ever since (I say him because this Celldweller actually contains 1 person who does most of the music making, Klayton is his name). Now, finally, he's releasing a new album in 5 volumes, each one containing 2 songs. So far 2 volumes are out and I almost don't go a day without listening them.
Since they're all good, I'll post them all;
Louder Than Words
So Long Sentiment (My fav, Linkin Park-ish)

I'm currently listening to Diggy-MO' - Stay Beautiful, which is the 23rd ED for Bleach. It was released on the 12th and I finally got of hold of the single today.
The PV for this song is pretty low budget, which is kind of disappointing. The song itself is pretty catchy though, like most of the other S.O singles.
Isn't that one of the singers of soul'd out? I like most of their other songs too.
-----------------
Yeah, he's S.O's Main MC. Each of the 3 members are doing their own thing right now.
Diggy has been solo since the Soul Eater ED, which came out at the end 2008.
Bro.Hi - The Human Beat Box started a rock group called EdgePlayer. I loved their first single disco shit. EdgePlayer - disco shit (PV).
And The Trackmaster Shinnosuke has an album coming out June 9th called S'capade.
Silly idea captures my attention

The Dillinger Escape Plan - Sunshine the Werewolf
One of the first songs to get me into the "hardcore" scene. Still an amazing song to this day, and two awesome breakdowns.
This song is actually what inspired my current ava/sig.
