Have we all forgoten that inuyasha aired on the old tonai bloack at like 11 back in the day. Plus if you look at the series it's not that violent. A few splash's of blood here and there. the only part that's getting butchered is the dialoge. I'd say it will air twards the end of the toonami block. like Yu Yu haku was.
yea, they did hamtaro and sonic-x too though.
And those shows were geared towards kids, Naruto is a little higher on the age bracket.
