Why not take a screenshot of it from the episode where Neji's face poses like that? If your using Windows Media Player, pause the video when you find what your looking for, then press Ctrl I. Then resize the image and save it as GIF (I'm not positive if Jpeg files will work yet).

    It's still the same.
When I upload it as a JPEG it says this:

There was an error reading your author icon. The error was : Variable TEMPSTRUCT is undefined.
But if I turn the JPEG in GIF, the quality of the picture drops alot.
And the result is this ugly avatar...

What image program could I use to load a .jpeg and save it as a .gif?

EDIT: I did it with Photoshop. Open the JPEG, then go to Export rather than Save as...

I have JPEG and GIF 50x50 and smaller avitars (and some 60x60s that I made) but whenever I try to load any of them, and I mean ANY, it gives me an error. The most common one has been: "Variable TEMPSTRUCT is undefined". I made like 20 new ones with both paint and photoshop, saving them all as JPEGs, and I get the same error. Help would be appreciated

Use the .gif format. I think theres still a problem with avatars that are in Jpeg format.

You just don't know how to save images in gif, that's all.

how do I make it so that, if possible, the avatar I use is not surrounded by a square. What I mean is, I just want the image to show up, and not the square around it.

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

you need to make the background color transparent.

This can be accomplished in different ways, depending on your image editor of choice. In photoshop, you want to open the "layers" window, select the background layer, and set it to 0% opacity. Make sure you use caution checking the color pallettes, and make sure to enable transparency when you save it, or it won't work. If you already have a flat image file (like a gif, jpeg, whatever), you may have to use other tools to separate layers.

It's been a long time since I've used it, but I seem to remember microsoft image editor having the ability to write transparency pixels directly. ImageReady lets you specify the contents of the first layer when you start it, either as white, black, or transparency.
