i downloaded all the codecs and players for the ogm files. But subtitles dont work. Am i just getting raw anime or is it because ogm files block subtitles. All the anime that were ogm files didnt have subtitles. Please help me. Cant understand japanese!~~!!!! ( I try is use WMP because VLD player is messed up alittle and subtitles dont show up on anyone of my players.*realplayer etc.....)

and what codecs did you get?
Most of the times you have to activate Subtitiles. Get a program that lets you turn on subtitiles/etc.

ogm files - i think VLC runs ogm file. Its worth a shot.
