I think it comes with Vista? But I use Stardock ObjectDesktop since Im using XP. But there are other programs too.

Hmm... It's just Shana from Shakugan no Shana, nothing more exotic than that.
That'd be fine except for the up-skirt of a seemingly underage character. They might say she's 17 or older in the anime, but that's still gross.
