No, I wish I had more time to do some hiking but we were in Whistler for only a day...the only thing considerably close to doing something like that was the enclosed gondola takes you up about 3/4 of the way then it's like a 5-10 minute walk to the chairlifts that take you to the peak. It's a downhill walk to the chairlifts....the grade is like 60 degrees and covered with gravel. I almost bailed 5 times running down to make it because the chairlifts to the peak were closing in 6 minutes..the walk up the hill back to the enclosed gondolas was killer.

Wait....did you mean climbing as in hiking or "climbing" climbing?
