I'm very fond of the vista design since it fits a lot of wallpapers perfectly as oppose to XP which stick out like a sore thumb.

Anime paper is where i got that one from, you need to register first before you can use their wallpaper but it's worth it since they have a very nice collection.

Soul Eater isn't nearly as popular as I'd have hoped, based on the scarcity of fanart out there. Really hard to find good material for cutting and using as a desktop background. This small picture of Tsubaki was all I could find after a long search, and I had to practically recolour it due the horrible jpeg artifacts it was sporting. Might have as well taken a screenshot from the anime...

Yeah you probably should have, i think this one would do a great desktop and all i did was mess with the lighting a little bit. Add a little cleaning and it should be perfect.

Aye. But unfortunately I'm only looking for pictures containing no nudity for desktop background purposes. Nude or pornographic images are always around plentifully, like rule 34 suggests.

The middle pic might do otherwise, and I have seen it before, but I'd prefer it to contain more of her. With my skills I'd likely be able to create the top part but I doubt enough of the lower part. I've often drawn missing hair or elbows or removed text and such, but that's about it. Besides, she looks somewhat sad in it, and I need my desktops to make me smile...

Well tsubaki isn't really much of an interesting character so you'll have a heard time finding fanart of her that isn't either nude or sexy.

The characters look kind of low quality in that picture (not the drawing style but the technical picture quality), although it might be the some sort of effect used on the pic as well. And in the end as much as I like Black Star's character, only girls are really welcome onto my desktop... Thanks for the offer, though.

The credit wouldn't really matter in any case since I always cut the character out of whatever background there might originally have, and place it on plain windows blue colour. If you have a look at the past screenshots I've posted here, it's always like that.

Considering how often he would likely see that image on a daily basis he has a right to be. My avatar is my current desktop, its twice the size and centered with a black background, its surprisingly striking.
