    I've recently become a huge fan of xkcd after Complich8 linked me to it in the Bitching Thread.

    It's amazing that with just some good ideas, you can make a funny or insightful webcomic without much artistic talent.

    The Perry Bible Fellowship

    Personally, I find this web comic absolutely brilliant. Although the strips may take a while to understand, they are usually well thought-out, incredibly creative and very funny, and it's updated weekly.

    Also in case your wondering, no, this isn't a deeply religious web comic like the name might suggest.
