i dont think it will be renamed did dragonball got renamed? the swedish version's name is dragonball from vol 1 - 42 they only had a little note in the corner of the chapter where Z started since it started in the middle of a volume. i think the anime renamed it.
Ah, it's just a joke since we've been comparing Naruto to DBZ all the time. I honestly don't think the name will change either, I just think 'Naruto Z' sounds hilarious. I'm gonna keep calling it that anyway.
