I think the artist's name is AKINO, (that IS what is written beside the title in your post). Maybe if you search for AKINO maybe google will give you a pic or two.

Lilium of Elfen Lied.
There are great many marvelous songs in anime that I have heard, and I could write here a long list, but I'll stick to mentioning just one. Not only is Lilium such an extraordinary song, and the visuals of the OP extraordinary as well, but coupled together with this is the fact Elfen Lied was one of my earliest anime shows. And as such it had a tremendous impact on me. So, it's only natural I name Elfen Lied my number one anime show and its opening my number one anime song.
