Dual Audio means that the file your downloading has both the English Version and Japanese Version w/ English Subs. Download the Video Lan Player, it can play the .ogm files (Dual Audio is usually in this file type). Video Lan Player. There is also a way to play .ogm files in Windows Media Player but you need to download some codecs and I forget what/where they are.
