    MPAA shutting down sites

So I finish my current torrents off and go looking for more at one of my favorate sites and I see the MPAA has gotten to them so I start looking at all of my bookmarks and well only 2 are still active so what sites are there still running and how much of the ones that don't work do you think got that MPAA letter?

Probalby all of them the ones that are still up and runnign are in places that would be hard form them to reach so don't worry. As it has been stated in the supernova thread. worry when Fansub forums like this one are shut down.

    RE: MPAA shutting down sites

there's no motivation, justification or cause for these forums to be closed by anyone, ever. The forums themselves aren't any sort of vehicle for intellectual property infringement.

On the other hand, if the japanese companies wanted to, they could issue c&d's against the tracker. Except that in this case, gotwoot isn't serving that purpose at the moment.

In other news, I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread, since really it's just the suprnova thread all over again.
