Dullindal demands the extradition of Logos members who have escaped into Heavens Base. During this time, Shinn confronts Lunamaria. Understanding the pain of losing the one he loves, Shinn promised to Lunamaria that "He will protect her." Suddenly, the EAF launches a pre-emptive attack. Lacus was finally able to get her hands on a fragment of that thing. However, just as she was about to return to Kira's side, ZAFT forces stand in her way. When all seems hopeless, Kira arrives in space with the Strike Rouge.

episodes 39 is so false they stil have to get back to orb, and plus infinate justice and strike freedom gets devoloped in orb so there no way kira would go to space

It looks like SF does indeed have the DRAGOON system, and IF has a sick leg beam(can you say spinning round house kick(I would like to see that)), and it seems that IF also has 5 beam sabers

I'm really sorry that the series isn't going the way you would like it to proceed. Live with it. This is an official spoiler from a Japanese magazine "Gundam ACE", or do you propose they have received false information? Magazines like Gundam ACE and Newtype provide official spoilers.

edit: Check out the armaments of the Infinite Justice! Looks like there's more to it then we were initially made to believe. That's some nice melee weaponry.
