Well 1 of the 5 recaps isn't being counted towards the 50 episodes so really just 4/50 episodes are recaps, unless 47 is a recap too I haven't downloaded it yet, and in SEED episode 14, 15, 26, and 27 were recaps so really the number of recaps in both series isn't that different.
