Well... if it's not a spoiler then it's fine... I went back and browsed through the first episode, and the baker didn't look like him... I did this like 2 months ago...
Hmm, I advise you to rewatch it....
1. the baker guy has the same voice
2. his shop is called saint pierre
3. he told azuma he's moving to tokyo to make more customers
Honestly I don't see any more evidence than that...
True he has changed a lot : from the nice and caring country baker he changed to a freak only interested in crushing japanese bakers, even ppl who work in his own chain (talking about Mokoyama)
I guess it's gonna be a bad surprise for Azuma when he will discover it....porbably the only thing that will break his hope and fighting spirit.

eps 53 was great. Tom was similar to this chinese Series that this guy had super cold hands and make cakes

Yeah same... I get freaking hungry in every episode...
Last episode was pretty good... The older sister was awesome as always, and the episode was funny with Kawashi making shitty bread.
