Mediocre chapter, but info on the 4th and seeing Kakashi, Obito, and Rin is worth waiting for the meat of the story to come along.

The shushin no jutsu is just super fast movement. You can tell because of pages 9 and 10. Watch the bag. Before the bag hits the ground, the 4th has traversed the distance between the bag and the guy. You can see that this was Kishimoto's intent by the noise made from the bag hitting the ground on the bottom right frame of page 10. He's Naruto's Flash Gordon. Uzumaki Gordon?
