Shino = He needs more air time. Bugs fighting for you is just cool.

Shikamaru = Anyone who can handle complicated tactics will always have my vote.

Tsunade = The toughest female role yet. (She faced Och. and did not cry afters)

Uchiha Itachi - Tsukiyomi just plain pwnz! Mental torture enough to make Kakashi faint within seconds? Plus, there's that 1337 skill Ameterasu that burned through Jiraiya's Toad Stomach tech. And, who can resist that expression of his?
Hyuuga Hinata - Succesor to the Hyuuga clan, shy, adorable. Only thing that irritates me is her bad taste (Naruto? C'mon).
Nara Shikamaru - No flashy skillz, but his thinking just plain rules. I like how he shows off all his skills in the 1st move, but always manages to trick the opponent into another. His laziness is also lovable.
Hyuuga Negi - Side family guy, but fights to conquer destiny. Getting all the secret main family techiniques by experiment, and using them to such perfection, he just rocks.

I know these are pretty cliche answers, but I'd have to go with Shikamaru and Rock Lee. Strangely enough, Shikamaru is a lazy genius and Rock Lee is a hard working, non genius (well, unless you bring in that whole "hardwork genius").

I love Shino, he's one of my favorites despite the utter lack of screen time. How much ass does that kick to have an army of bugs that do what ever you want. Screw the Hyugas or the Uchilas I want to learn more about his clan. I really hope he gets some more back story and screen time soon.
