    FF7 Advent Children

    Hmm, after watching this, I'm feeling a little bittersweet about it. I mean, yes it is totally AMAZING, but...I expected more story. I loved FF7 for the story and characters, and AC just seems to lack both. The story is pretty dull in the movie, at least compared to what I expected.

    Well I'm satisfied now having seen the movie. Does anyone know if a sub of the OAV cartoon will come over? I forgot the name of the OAV.

    A 40 hour game that is mostly plot and character development has more than a 1 and a half hour movie? Color me shocked.

    FF Unlimited has been out on DVD for several years. It sucks.

    awesome...just beautiful, can't believe its over. Now I only have Dirge of Cerberus to look forward to.

    Best part of the movie was seeing Rufus, and Aeris' face. Sexy beasts.
    Also when Kadaj transformed into Sephiroth. And pretty much every motorcycle scene kicked ass.

    They should have showed some chocobos running through the fields (in the end), when Cloud was riding his bike.

    By the way should we start a new thread. Or get a mod change the title to Beware of spoilers?

    I just ran into a spoiler (yeh its my own damn fault, but it still blows) and think a Discussion topic for discussion of the contents of FF:AC is a great idea

    One thing I really like about this movie (I haven't seen it yet, so no spoilers there, hehe) is the casting. From the anime that I watch, some of the people are from:
    - Bleach
    - Full Metal Alchemist
    - Gundam SEED Destiny (alright, I don't watch this, but I did for the first few episodes at least)

    umm i dont know if its been said but, if you downloaded the subed version from boxtorrents, use media player classic to open it (Windows media didnt work)

    I never expected it to match the game, because there's just no way in hell it could do that. I just thought they'd have a more complex story based on all the trailers I've seen and all the rumors out there prior to the release. The story is really really linear.
