Right, basically this is taken from gamefaqs, and I believe this is a translation of a summary about the chapter, which was posted yesterday:
Jiraiya appears!
To train Naruto in 3 years to be the best.
Orochimaru will use Sasuke's body in 3 years (Switching is only allowed once every 3 years).
The "Akatsuki" members will see Naruto in 3 years as well.
Leaving the village, Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Sasuke, it's like what happened to Naruto. Since Jiraiya couldn't beat Orochimaru, he only remember his shame and didn't want Naruto to follow his ways.
In the end, Sasuke has decided to go to Orochimaru.
Next time, it's time for Naruto and Jiraiya to go on a journey! "The seperation for one's journey"
so we are looking at a 3year timejump ? i certainly hope so.. or perhaps 3 years of super accelerated time where we just get to see highlights of sasukes/narutos/sakuras training. Either way should be fun

Lol if u read the time... i posted about 1 minute after he posted(probably less than 1 minute). I didnt refresh my page until i posted. then i saw delux's translation.
Damn that website, having to click on each picture. But it's still good to see the raw. It was pretty obvious for Jiraiya to be the man to see Naruto I guess.
So it seemed like Jiraiya was telling Naruto about all the training he'll be doing, and warned him about Akatsuki. We need a translation, where's WD when you need her? It'll be a good workout for her, lots of text in this one! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Damn Ryouga, get over it. We weren't insulting neither you nor your friend, we have enough neurones to understand that your friend only did the translation and that you only told us about it. We doubted the original source. You know, the guy who posted the japanese at Narutofan. Were you him? No? Fine, then leave it alone.
And I, for one, would appreciate it if you didn't post those summaries here... if they are indeed correct every time, it kinda takes the fun out of speculating, since they are very (too) complete.
Now, onto the chapter....
Man, Jiraiya rules. I'm happy it was him after all... he's got style! Going to the hopsital on a frog, just so he can scare the shit out of the patients and nurses. Yep, he's the one.
Anyway, I guess Naruto's reaction wasn't too hard to predict. That's just the way Naruto is... truth to be told, I still wonder if we'll see just a time jump and that's it. We could actually have lots of smaller time jumps, with some space in between to show the new apprentices progress... of course the story would center around Naruto and Jiraiya (wheee) and only show Sasuke and Sakura every now and then.
What I mean is that maybe the time jump (which is obvious now, sadly) may not be like Jiraiya and Naruto going off the village and next week coming back with Naruto all grown up. Maybe it'll be a gradual thing.
...but the prospect of suddenly seeing Naruto at 15 makes me all fuzzy inside. Yep. I wonder if he'll change his clothing? Maybe he'll adopt an Ero-Sennin style!
wooot if this time jump stuff is real this is going to be awesome.
Over the next few chapters they might spread the time jump out a bit, showing scenes from the next 3 years from both sides of the good/evil scope; various training techniques at various stages of the 3 years. When they eventually reach a certain point in time maybe they'll just continue on from there. All this would be rather than just time-jumping immediately with the change of a new chapter. It would be too sudden otherwise I'd imagine.

i hope he gets rid of the oragne suit maybe something black or a chuunin vest like shikamura but anything else then the orange thing i want naruto to have a new look he needs to become really cool, maybe learn how to control partial kyubi powers so he can just activate it when he wants too
I think Jiraiya mentioned something about becoming/reaching Anbu level (didn't read carefully, so I'm not sure), maybe he'll have the mask and all... but then again, not.
if he reached anbu levels isnt that the same as reaching jounin levels, arent the anbu just specialised jounin? also if it just says reaches anbu levels then i doubt hed get the mask cos hed actually have to be in an anbu squad to get one

I don't mind a time jump, but it'd be better to just show the highlights of their training and improvement. As long as they do it in a short amount of time, it'd be better than seeing it through flashbacks.

ryouga, your friend sure picked some obvious plot details to predict from the manga
that must mean that half of us here in GW have ties with kishimoto, since at least that many of us anticipated the 3 genins to be trained by the 3 sannins and that a time jump would occur very soon [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
