Thread: Music: J-Pop/J-Rock

RE: J-Pop/J-Rock

Would that be 'Step You'? I've only heard odd songs by her, not really listened to her in years...last time I saw a torrent for her discography it was like 6gb so I left it...

Are there any other songs comparable to Evolution or End of the World?

As for J-Rock torrent sites, since bunko went down sites have been relatively difficult to find, I dunno whether any of these can be of any help but these are the ones I know of...did a quick search for that petebest band but didn't find anything...may as well post them anyway for anyone who's interested...

http://impact-media.me.uk/phptracker/torrents.php - Tonberry Torrents, probably the best torrent site I know of for J-Rock

http://www.hongfire.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=67

http://bittorrent.frozen-layer.net/?seccion=18

http://mullemeck.serveftp.org/jps_beta/?page=browse - mostly J-Pop I think...you need to register as well

yeah it's Step You/Is This Love? (double single). The latter is better. She does some odds songs but there are a lot of ones comparable to Evo & End of the world too of course.
I'd recommend you to use bittornado and find the 6gb torrent again, and choose not to download any singles in the batch. This should leave you with her albums (and lives if you want those, oh and skip the remix albums too they all suck) which should be well under 1 gb and include all the noteworthy songs from singles anyway.

Do you guys know where I can get albums by Cool Joke? I checked the sites Swallow Your Soul listed but couldn't find any . My favorite song by them is UNDO, from FMA opening 3. That song rocks.
This fantastic Sousuke sig was made by the one and only Lucifus! Thanks man!

Wow, I must give Terra credit, Nami Tamaki kick ass. All of the songs off the single kick ass.

Does anyone know where I can get the full version of Aozora no Namida (Blood+ Opening)?

Nami Tamaki is one of my most favorite Jpop artists of all time. Nami = <3!!!111 This single really rocks.

As much as I love her though, all I have are her two cds, Greeting and Make Progress, and now this single. Oh, and I have her PV's to. Anyone have a link to her other singles?

My fav Jpop artist is the queen of Hip-pop as she calls herself Namie Amuro she is great. Her album Queen of Hip-pop is amazing.

I have an album some others songs of her but if anyone knows some jpop site i can find her song let me know. Maybe you know Terra?

Other favorits are Do As Infinity,Gackt,Ayumi(really likes Song A XX),Kodi Kuma,Melody.

I will try this X Japan so see how good jrock is.

X-Japan doesn't sound like most J-rock does though, it's lots heavier (and better).
Still though, it's the best japanese band that's ever been around. In fact, the best band ever :S

For people looking more into Japanese rock/pop, I recommend Orange Range, DOA, Tommy Heavenly6, and ZONE.
