I forget who he is, he might be that magician dude from the US or whatever, something the great or something. Also as far as I know, in 1914 and 1988 there was 2 large scares about the world ending.

are u refering to Nostradamus?? cos he apparently had predicted the fall of Two Towers. and he also predicted the end of the world prior to the turning of the millenium. but he aint US i think. as far as i know the sighting of comet hail bob did cause a speculation of the end of the world, but nothing happen and i still need to bloody go to work.
I can't understand how it will supposedly happen, because it will be different dates at different points around the world. Like someone mentioned, Australia and Japan would turn over to the date before everyone else, so do they die first? Which country has the one true date?
