whats even funner is when times akamaru from kiba only lets the opponent get one hit out of their super move. ive stopped so many supers with that, but stoping an ura renge is the most enoyable. of course using forward a then canceling with y to go between kyuubi narutos legs when he uses that lunging scratch, cant remember if its forward a or b, may be useless... but its fun as hell.

A really cheap guy in that game was Kankuro and his damn doll. He was damn hard to fight against.
kankuro would be my third favorite character in the game (1 neji, 2 naruto, 3 kankuro) just turtle, and never use that useless super of his. hes chakra is better used to counter. after a counter set up the distance and puts the karasu next to the opponent i use this cheap little combo i found: down a a (wait till karasu touches the ground) down a a a. its pretty damaging, and annoys the shit out of people.
unfortunately, zabuza owns kankuro.

Nah. That's not always the case. Certain characters sometimes have an edge over another character. Hence, tiers. It just takes a lot more effort for that underdog character to come out victorious is all.Originally posted by: CmDr_RavEn

in cases where the players skill is equal, it often comes down to what character is better against which. some characters cant deal with the style or certain moves of others. or instance in Naruto 2 (GC) kankurou takes a lot of damage and players should play long range with him and fight with karasu instead. however when karasu is hit it drains kankurous chakra. so a character like zabuza who easly destroy the distance between him and the opponent and hit mutiple people at a time does better against kankurou. and a solid neji game is based on faints and using his down b move to interupt opponents combos. character that lack range attacks and mix in hits that hit lower (lee and gai) neji performs solidly. but against aggressive characters that leave little room for him to interupt combos (naruto, kyuubi naruto) neji performs below average. i could break down more stuff about this game... but that requires time.
