that couldnt happen till the end of the series was in sight though, cos itd be like a time limit for him to do stuff, so he'd have to kill all of akatsuki(sp) while he goes insane and would probably end up dying after that, cos u cant finish the series with the main character just gone insane with no cure because the fans would need closure
