We have seen this same chapter before, minus the whole monster form thing. Remember? "I won't lose!" "Enough small talk, its time to fight!" "blah blah blah" Chidori vs Rasengan... Hell, it even left off with the exact same senario as the last time they did Chidori vs Rasengan.
I feel like I just watched a rerun.

I can't speak for everyone else but I knew Chidori v. Rasengan would come up again while they were in uber-mode. I don't think anyone was surprised by Lev 2 Sasuke vs. Kyuubi Naruto.

bah. this chapter was crap. the level 2 didnt imbue sasuke with any NEW powers, just more power. Meh. It would have been cool if they expanded the level 2 so show why its worth going to the edge of death for. I mean more chakera. bah, you can get more chakra by training harder... well i guess i better wait till next week to see how NBZ will pointlessly prolong the battle next week.

It's nice that they decided to give kyuubi-usage an adverse effect... could put holes in a lot of peoples' theories with concerns to the limit of Naruto's power.

Anyone notice... This rasengan... its not a swirl of chakra when its formed... its more like alot of small slug forming together then it becomes a ball...
I thinks that because there so much chakra in that ball that you cant see it spin(b/c its spining so fast)
