"san" is kind of like "mr/mrs/ms."
"chan" is even friendlier than "san." it's used for little kids and girls. when u use "chan," u gotta know this person. and u usually use the first name then add "chan" after it.
"kun" can be used on male classmates. but u can use it w/ colleagues. i think that parents also say it when they discipline the kids.
"senpai" is used for superiors. like in school, u use it on students who r in higher grades than u. but i think u can use it on ur colleagues who have been there longer.
I tried my best...
hrm, well im not completely sure but kun is for younger males and san is used for older males. san is also used for younger females and chan is for older ones.
Ok...... I think I got it.

Nara Shikamaru VI-teme..

I Don't like to say anything twice
Wow that is a long name. "Nara Shikamaru VI-sama"
"no one siad anything about you Ava well no animated one ok Majin gaara" my back I didn't know.
you can adress me as kami-sama thats the easiest way to say my name.
Cool name "Kami-sama" what does it mean?
it means 'o great mighty God'
Sama is a ending (like chan-kun-san-chan) that means royalty... Kami is god. or more correctly deity... sooo you can call all of us Sama ( call my friend Nain San Sama San which mr.sir nain san)
sama isnt used just for royalty...
you say it to someone of higher rank than you...
its to show someone of higher status.
Then I guess you can call me Majin Gaara-sama.
i don't think so
I tried my best...
that will be InnerSakuraChan-Hime, then,
thankyouverymuch.
not necessarily. it's can also be a very polite way of saying "san"...Originally posted by: kAi

like, for example you're at a doctor's surgery, the secretary (whatever that lady's called) who's calling you in would be like "so-and-so-sama, you're next"
EDIT: this is in the context of modern day thou. in the old days, sama meant someone of a higher social status.. like, a business tycoon, or royalty.
"kun" ending in the world of work would most likely be used when a superior is talking to someone lower than them, doesn't really happen in any other case when it's higher rank people talking down. but most times it's like "chan" and is used for little kids or like, people you're really close to.. there's also the case of girlfriends calling their boyfriends with a "kun" ending... that's just like... kinda like giving your other half a nickname.
Hey Majin gaara It's noi problem jsut now you know
I Don't like to say anything twice
