i don't have any sites with avatars but i'm sure you can find a bunch of them by searching google for "naruto avatars" or something along those lines. and btw this board doesn't allow animated avatars. and secondly you can find out about making sigs here at the fanart section. there should be tutorials that were posted by a few members. if you want you could even go to a thread and request that someone make you a sig. there are quite a few talented sig makers on these boards. have fun.

I don't know where to get animated ones but these sites : CHUXS & Mad-Sky contains many assorted anime avatars including naruto or you may search and download it thru suprnova's site; i don't know why they call it avatars, they're just like small images; but they're nice, try checking them out.
