Man... that'd be AWESOME if Kishimoto did that with Sasuke. Because, like you know Naruto can have practically infinite forms. But just like DBZ, you didn't really *expect* a level 4 (at least, I didn't... I thought he'd just merge, or whip out a powerful blast from his ass), but you get one, anyways. That would give me even more to make fun of. heh, heh.
And I know this is -extremely- off, but did Vegita ever reach level 4? I never finished the series.

i recently watched dbgt, very disappointing
sort of, he was too weak to do it on his own so bulma made a machine which let him transform

yeah vegeta did reach level 4. but i never saw him in 3rd for some reason.
Vegeta couldn't go into lvl 3. He couldn't go into lvl 4 either without the help of that moon beam cannon thing that Bulma built.
Back to topic: Overall, I was pretty bored by this chapter. It pretty much exactly what I expected: Naruto beats on Sasuke, Sasuke uses the CS to go lvl 2, and a Kakashi update at the end. The only thing that midly entertained me about this chapter was Naruto's ability to attack using the chakra alone and when he was holding Sasuke in place with the chakra-claw. Like Assertn said, it was very Gaara-like and Gaara happens to be my favorite character.
EDIT: I would just like to note... I usually change my mind about a chapter after I read the Inane version.
Forget the powerup stuff.
I only hope Kakashi makes it out alive :S i haven't been this anxious to see the next chapter since the last arc !

Kakashi could probably beat up both level 2 Sasuke, and Kyuubi Naruto easily.
lets keep in mind that kakashi isn't just a jounin but he's a rather high ranking jounin. Yes sasuke and Naruto could probably have their way with iruka-sensei (the guy that buys naruto ramen).

Don't think Naruto would be defeated. But don't think Naruto could land a shot either.
Too berserker, plus Sasuke with his sharingan can see the moves, but most likely unable to dodge Naruto at first. But since now he's level 2, probably he's faster.
Don't think Kakashi can stop them.. Well, at least I think Kakashi can stop Naruto. Sasuke's too far gone. Probably Kakashi would probably pull a fast one and break up the fight.. maybe knocking Naruto away or something.
But anyhow, yeah.. I don't like DBZ shit. However, I think/hope it's going to only be a one 'off', since it's only Sasuke and Naruto that can power up. Not that all fights from now on, Naruto's going to pull out his Kyuubi and do the same thing. Or all fights from now on is going to be a Powering-up battle.
But if Kakashi suddenly channels his inner hidden chakra, and change hair colour, and powers up to level 2.. I'm going to throw my chair.
