Wtf is Naruto saying?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find it. Every single sentence Naruto says ends in 'datta bayu' or something like that. Does anyone know what this expression means?

from an old post (sorry if i mess it up) i remeber they end there scentences that sum up there character, the thing naruto says apparently means somthing like overenthusiastic and isnt used by anyone in real life. oro uses a girls ending i think and sasuke uses a cool ending ect. of cours i relaise this is pathetically vague iam sure someone will post a like to the site iam thing of ( i think PSG) posted it last time).

I think someone said that what Naruto says is something like 'I say..' as in when somebody is trying to draw someone's attention to themselves...
