I understood the first one on my own, so thanks for explaining the other one.

sig made by Itachi-y2k5, thanks, dude!
Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

Basically, each transformation with regards to differentiation changes the way the preceding equation appears on a graph. With each transformation, the graph becomes "more linear" while its predecessors are more "curvilinear". In this case, with each differentiation to the original fat man (with lots of body curves), he becomes skinnier; i.e., more linear and ripped.

The knowledge you need to know here is that e^(x) is a special equation/function because if you differentiate the function (turning it into f'(x), f''(x), f'''(x), ...), it always stays the same; i.e., f(x) = f'(x) = f''(x) = e^(x). In this case, the fat man represents e^(x) and differentiating him continuously does not change the "curves" of his physique.
I thought the joke was that it was from 9gag and therefore not supposed to be funny.

I thought it was funny for making fun of fatties anyway.

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

It's not exactly funny, per se, but it's just an image reinforcing the idea that 9gag steals and watermarks other peoples' intellectual property without permission while profiting from ad revenue.

If that's not what Assertn's thinking, then he, too, must agree that those Vibram FiveFingers are an awful product.

I see plenty of people at the gym wearing those and they swear they're the best. what do you have against them besides that they look a little silly?

I love idiots that think the "deep web" is shit like Hidden Wiki or TOR. Here's a clue guys: if you know the name of it, it isn't hidden very fucking well now is it.

To be fair, we're some of the biggest nerds/web denizens on the planet, so it should be no surprise that we know about these sites. Your average reddit member doesn't know about them.

I didn't know about the stuff lower down on the charts until it was posted, though if you asked me prior whether such things existed, I would have answered "probably".

I did give TOR a whirl once but there was nothing there interesting for me. I was baffled at how easily one could get Kiddy porn from there though, assuming that shit worked it was a click away if i wanted to.

I tried TOR before to bypass a firewall that blocked some sites in order to reduce bandwidth usage. We relied on other proxies instead, but they weren't very reliable. TOR was too slow though. Not surprising that its used to access some shit websites for weirdos.
