True that. If he'd hit em with his instep on his jaw or neck in full swing, it'd be a done deal.
Honestly, I don't get why those fighters don't do these things more often. If you have the right techniques and focus there's a ton more kodak moments like this one. Uri Boyka all over the place.

In an MMA fight like these two are in, doing flashy moves are asking to get taken down and beat up on the ground. There are guys who are able to pull off flashy moves and still win, but most play it safe.

The kicker in this gif (Pettis) hasn't really been able to use the flashy moves because they haven't been effective against higher caliber competition that would have made him pay for trying a kick like that. Not that Bendo (the kickee) isn't high caliber, because he is.

For God will not permit that we shall know what is to come... those who by some sorcery or by some dream might come to pierce the veil that lies so darkly over all that is before them may serve by just that vision to cause that God should wrench the world from its heading and set it upon another course altogether and then where stands the sorcerer? Where the dreamer and his dream?

Seeing that fight in real-time showed how slow it actually was. Definitely not the Jet-Li move the gif portrayed.

    If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~

It's just as fast, the gif just has less frames so the movement seems to skip more.

This is a real move called the superman punch. Very effective because it covers distance and is quick.

They're all real moves but that's besides the point.

I think his name is Jonathan Ivey, who has a pro fighting record of 29-45. He loses this one.

In Skyrim you can get married. I found the girl I'm going to marry:

For the unaware, that's based on an actual children's book:

I just read it last weekend, as one of my insanely geeky friends owns a copy.

Homuhomu version is actually better, though. Kind of sad for the original, but it can't be helped. Although I doubt for anybody else but those who have seen Madoka.

When I was reading the Homura version, I had a strange feeling in the back of my head I had seen something like it before, and then when somebody linked to the original on Sankaku, I realised I must have seen it somewhere on the Internet before.
