oh...what is Rozen Maiden about...is it a shooting,fighting, or funny anime?. I just want to know because i didn't want to waste time downloading promo since i prefer to download epi 1 when is come out.
Couldn't really tell anything from the promo, think I'll wait for it to reach bout 5eps so I can watch in one sitting to see if I like it or not. And animefreak the promo is only like 8mb not really a waste since it only takes bout 1-2min.

thought the first episode was pretty interesting, will continue to watch this one. Don't know how I would have reacted if a doll suddenly came alive and said you are their servant..

The main character of the show- a reclusive and morose 2nd year middle schooler named Jun has a fetish for supposedly cursed objects, trying to find ones that are really cursed. He submits a chain letter that appears to be little more than another hoax, and ends up with a supernatural semi-vampiric wind up doll for a master.
The show is cutsey without being annoying, has great music, and has an overall creepy vibe. I think I'm gonna like this one.
What an odd anime. The set-up reminds me of Tsukiyomi-Moon Phase, the rose rings remind me of Utena, the opening music reminds me of Avenger, and the main character design reminds me of Betterman for some reason. Still, living dolls = scary, so I'll give it a shot. I also want to see the ditzy sister actually play lacrosse.

I saw this anime and I think it's damn good. Right after Elfen Lied, it's my fav anime.
