The shorts make him look like a soccer player, the black makes him look like he's trying to show off his thighs. I go with the soccer player look.
On a sidenote his Uchiha symbol looks like a melted pokeball.

last time i checked paddles weren't melting with pokeball like colors. Leave it to the Japanese to have Pokeball paddles! The pokemon craze is back!

i dont really care but the black looks better, i didnt notice that he changed clothes in the manga(goes of to check just so the anime follows the manga as close as possible)
I think he looks WAY better in the blue + white. The black jumpsuit just wasn't......good.
Besides, Chidori will look cooler with the blue shirt, TRUST me on that one. He looked deformed when he used it with the black tights.

Hmmm seems the votes for blue and white kicked in... and the pokeball thing, i thought it was annoying... but as long as its a clan crest thing it works ^_^.

I'm not a big fan of the black outfit. It was kinda creepy, I thought. I'm glad that the blue and white is back.
i have to go with the black one. it showed a progression in his character and we all know that he does need to progress in order to compete with naruto.

Hahaha nice... that black ribbon thingy was kinda pointless..... If you go back to ep 66-67 where Sasuke does the chidori for the first time, he unbuttons that ribbon thingy and then later, that ribbon is never seen again... A pointless accessory but it made him look more cool...
