share ratios
hi. new to bitorrenting. couldnt find anything with the search feature on this.
though can others monitor your share ratios on files? and perhaps not share with you if they find your ratios kinda low on completed files?
Someone that gave me info on port forwarding said there is a torrent site he uses that requires a membership to access but not sharing higher than .90 ratio wise could result in being banned.
it was some pr0n site. i think ill aviod saying the name of the site here.
So, is it really possible to do that with share ratios?
I just got broadband last month. I heard constantly at dslreports.com that my internet provider doesnt enforce monthly bandwidth limits. So i went over my limit by 15 gigs last month.
I would like to share more though im still paranoid about bandwidth limits until i get a bill on the 18th
until that time id rather not upload much and risk a rather large bill, but im interested in knowing whether or not what he said about share ratios is true. cause i dont want to get kicked here for being a leecher either
