    sigX -- FMA Poster

    Finally sigX continues with it's competitions. This one is a poster style competition. The idea is that there aren't nearly enough posters for anime, so we decided to make our own. The anime of choice was Full Metal Alchemist. You will have to two weeks to design a poster that appeals to the Otaku audience. Judging will be anonymous and will start on Sunday, and last for 3 days. Listed below are all the details.

    Anime: Full Metal Alchemist
    Dimensions: 600px x 900px
    Submission Date: September 11th (Sat) by Midnight, CST.
    Submission Method: PM me with your submission.

    yeah, So the idea with a poster is that you don't rely on the stock image so much, but use your own artistic abilities to bring out the focus of the image.

    cool, i wudda entered this had i not been away. i saw loads of cool FMA posters in japan, but the shop keepers are very annoying as they dont let you buy the backstock of advertisement posters they use in-store, cos theyre the coolest. the ones you can buy are usually a bit shit. got myself a naruto wallscroll and calender instead, and then got a cool FMA mouse mat!
