Well basicaly it depends.

DATA DISC: roughly 2. something Gigs of space on a dvd disc right? So just divide that by roughly 170mbs. (1000mb=1Gig)
Video: Not sure cuz i dont incode dvd discs to this, but its the allowed time on the dvd disc, 120minutes divided by roughly 25 min.
