Yeah it's only slightly messy.. Don't feel bad my room looks the same about 90% of the time.. Also, are you liking that Behringer bass amp? My brother got one last december, it's a pretty nice amp.
Edit: What is the pinkish flavored liquid in the glass on pic 2? It looks like, and has inspired me to go buy, strawberry milk.

As for the amp, I really like it but I don't have much else to compare it to. The only other amp I've had didn't have tone control or a distortion channel, so this one's better by far. Someone with far better knowledge of amps helped me pick it out, so I'll take everyone's word that it's pretty good.

Cool, is that a dorm room or an apartment? If a dorm, mind if I ask which one, because I don't remember many single occupancy dorms on campus, unless you're wealthy. You're wealthy aren't you?
You could at least close the box and use it for an ottoman or additional desktop space. Good boxes are definitely keepers.

An apartment several miles off campus. It's far cheaper than the dorms as well as the apartments closer to the school. I have my own room but share the place with 4 people.

I don't mind things messy, but I like to vacuum clean it every fortnight or so. The carpet traps so much gunk in it.

Ordered clutter is the best. The kind of mess where you know where everything is. I usually throw away everything disgusting like food and used tissues and stuff when it gets too bad, but I leave everything else because I find it comforting to be surrounded by my own stuff.
Also I checked when I picked it up - no that Q-tip wasn't used. The one next to my laptop is, though.
