One of Jiraiya's summons didn't seem like it talked. I'm talking about the frog that was in the hot springs with Jiraiya and Naruto during the Gamabunta summon training eps. It did have the puff of smoke thing though, so that pig could still be a summon, or at least something that can be summoned, like if they get separated for some reason.
that summon attacked with his tounge, can you speak when you wrap your tounge around something? i didnt think so.
