Screenshots...question

I use various programs to watch the sub, from various subbers, including anbu, s-o, animeheaven, etc. But, when I try to take a screenshot, using printscreen, which copies whatever is on my screen to the clipboard, and I paste it into paint, photoshop, whatever it may be. Everythings fine, then if I save it, and continue watching my anime or close it, whatever, the screenshot goes to a black screen, as if its tied to the player...

I can't take a screenshot and I want to badly
