anyone know where to d/l pot ost or a site that has a HUGE list of anime osts?

Well you can find the Prince of Tennis OSTs at NihonMp3. However, there are no seeds left for the torrents. What I suggest (and the site suggests) do to is to go to there IRC channel (#nihonmp3@irc.rizon.net) and get them from there. Hope I could help.

how do you use mirc ...its sooo hard...every thing is hard...WHY....well hope u have an answer for this one mr.port forward

Lol, I didn't know I had such a reputation for port forwarding. Anyway, I don't really know how to use mIRC myself, but I can give you a couple of guides on how to use it. Here is one, here's another, here's yet another, how about another, and here's a guide for specifically downloading anime through IRC. I hope these many guides can help you with your problem.
