It's really romantic, that she singlehandedly escaped a maximum security compound, killed thousands of people, and survived a sniper rifle shot to the head, only to meet somebody she loved.
I would have thought she sung it because she remembered Kouta and loved the melody, considering he was the only guy who seemed to treat her well etc.

har.. in my opinion... before the last episode airs... i think that Lucy will die... probably... cuz of the lil promise that they made about if she started to kill lotsa ppl kouta has to kill her... iono... how else would they end this series.

yes!!!.... its gonna air really very soon!!!!! cant wait.....!!!!! this is one of those animes that you just keep wanting and stuff..... you just cant get enough of it!
I don't think he'll go through with it. It's obvious he loves her very much, and won't bring himself to do it.
Does the preview seem so show that 35 is Kurama's daughter? She's not homocidal in the least when it shows him picking her up, nothing like her surrogate mother who she sliced in half. As much as he cared for Nana, I'm starting to believe that he actually wants to protect 35.
The weird thing is, I could see Kouta killing Lucy as much as I could see him not going through with it. That's why I want to see eps 13 so bad.
i'm crossing my finger that kouta wouldn't. i mean now that he finally remembers so much could happen between them.

I think the symbolism of the music box (which had a sad tune) finally stopping, and the clock starting again more or less points that it is Lucy. Besides, in the manga, she's still alive at this point, I believe.
