yep, they made it look like tsunade is betraying shizune and jiraiya and kabuto betraying orochimaru, but it will all become clear next episode for all those non manga readers =P

I havent read the manga, and I found it extremely obvious. Kabuto being a medic nin, was able to tell that tsunades technique was not a medical one, thus he attack to prevent her from harming orchimaru. Thats why orochimaru says "you betrayed me... tsunade".
