Tsunade is trying to decide which is more important to her - having her loved ones back, or protecting the things that were important to them. It's not really an easy decision, and it's pretty easy to see why she has to think about it. Her bet with Naruto is probably her way of reaffirming her faith in the village - if Naruto can complete the technique, it'll be a clear reminder of why Konoha should be protected.

    If you look at Dan.
Dan sister died during a night raid. Dan told Tsunadi that he use to walk his sister during the night, and she was killed during a night raid. Unlike the death of Tsunadi's love one's, Tsunadi's loveone died while she was away, there is a big possibility that Dan actually saw how his sister die. What Dan did is move on, so the samething may never happen again. Tsunadi take the opposite direction.

Tsunadi did not knew that she will be encountering Naruto and Jiraya. Naruto show up after Tsunadi's confrontation with Oro. There is a big possibility that she already made her decission after her meeting with Oro.

It don't make sense to me if Naruto winning will remind Tsunadi why she have to save Konoha, because the death of Dan and her brother is enough to remind him why Konoha must be protected

If you look at it, Tsunadi don't care for Konoha right now, she left Konoha, she only care for her self. Tsunadi is selfish because she know that if Oro bring back her loveone, she will be free of her guilt. If Dan is presented the same choice as Tsunadi, he may have not choose to heal Oro.

If naruto does win this bet it will have some underlying meaning to Tsunade, something about how her bro and man never gave up and never wanted to give in. Like alot of people have said about Naruto mastering this new tech, he will put his own spin on things, and probably the nine tails will play apart or not, i would prefer not. My guess is hes going to combo it with his clone tech and use multi hits. This is alittle off the subject but who is that chick to Tsunade?

Think about the recent eps... Naruto has godlike luck and Tsunada has none.. if just going on this he'll do it
