acctually it took about 3 years for the 4th to develop the rasengan and it bring to a much higher lvl.
naruto is learning lvl 3 of this jutsu.
and when jiraiya says he took 3 years to master it, he probobly meant that the 4th took 3 years to master it at lvl 6.

That is what I thought when I saw ep 87.

What you are calling lvl 3 of the jutsu is realy the 3rd and final step to using it at full power. The only reason why it took the 4th 3yrs to develop it is because he did it from scratch. It's much easier and faster to teach someone something since there is no more guess and check. Anyway depending on what Naruto does I think it wil determine who Tsunade and Shizune fight rather it be Oro and Kabuto or Jaraiya and Naruto.

I seriously hope you're not spoiling here because it says nothing about levels anywhere in the anime so far. All Jiraiya says is that it took three years to develop and that there are three stages in the training.

Don't forget that the 4th developed the technique so he probably didn't have a specific training method like the one given to Naruto. That means that it's only been Jiraiya so far who has learnt it that way. It is entirely possible that Naruto could come up with a better way (although I'm not betting on it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] )

I think you're just getting confused over the translation here. Yes he does say that Rasengan is an A rank jutsu or whatever. But that's just the class of jutsu just like bunshin or kawarimi are probably D rank or so. If you can do a bunshin really well it doesn't mean that it's suddenly become an A rank technique or anything. There are three stages to learning Rasengan as far as we know in the ANIME if there are any more then I don't wanna know yet.

There are similar discusions going on about it too and from what I have read, I agree with some other people that he will come up with his own style of the tech.

Question the first: In the post it says "don't spill the beans". I assume the show is well ahead of us because we have to wait for subs and some1 to put it on the net, but how far ahead are kids in tokyo?

Second: How often do new episodes come out for us online (fansubed ones). I have seen 92 total (91+ the crimson clover one) and just want a feel for how often I can get my Naruto fix [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

the episodes are subbed as they are aired. the kids in tokyo see it on wednesday, we get it subbed sometime later the week. dont spill the beans refers to the manga readers. right now, the manga is well ahead of the anime. you can get your naruto fix everyweek, as long as they dont decide to take a break or air a special for Prince of Tennis or something.

Sure, give Naruto the benefit of the doubt and say he's the best at suprising people. He has come a long way with this technique. But learning it the way Jiraya/the 4th did? Naha. If anything, he'll do it his way.

At the same time, Oro said he needed two bodies to revive her lost loves. And right there, she's got a man and a young boy...

Thanks for the info DarkFlare. I didn't realize that the anime follows the manga. I figured it would be somthin completly different. When do the seasons tend to end? At some point do they stop and show reruns like here?

Naruto has not taken a break as of yet, though there have been weeks when other shows have specials that run over into it's timeslot. But it has been running solid for coming up on 2 years now.

As for seasons, you can generally see a break in arcs after 22-27 episodes. The average is 26 for most animes, give or take one.

Also, some shows are written as 13 episodes, to fill in for horribly rated shows. One instance is Hellsing, another is Vandread. Sometimes, those shows are popular enough to warrant a second series, such as Vandread and others.

of course doing bunshin really well doesnt make it an A rank technique.....its probably a D (or maybe E) rank and nothing more
same goes for rasengan........rasengan is an A rank technique, whether you've mastered it or not
maybe he didnt word it properly, but when epoc said "developed to bring it to a much higher lvl".....im pretty sure that means get it past the stage where you can only put spirals on a tree

I think I know what he was talking about. When I first heard Naruto was going to learn a new technique, I just had to find out what the technique was all about, hell with spoiling it for myself. So I looked it up and came across this page that described the technique. I'm not sure if it's ok to do this. If it's not, let a mod fix the issue or tell me to do so.
