not likely, about each local newspaper has a manga section that has a 3rd rate mangaka doing his 13 chapterd manga... and each of thsoe gets published later on in volumes...
so basicallt, there are too many mangas around to list them all, your best chance is to try them yourself or to ask in the scanelation groups irc channel\ forum.
other than that, you can try the manga yourself, usually one volume is enough to know wheather you'll hate it or not.
