If you look at the posts I made here you should be fine. For episodes 1 to 62, I suggest you get it directly from the a4e server (I have the link there) or from Suprnova (go to www.suprnova.org, then go to Anime, then go to Rurouni Kenshin). For the rest, look at my second post and I have a full guide on how to get them. Hope I could help.

Umm...I don't understand what you mean by moving. Is the download rate slow or is it something else? Get back to me on that.

Well if that tracker isn't working then try using SuprNova. I'll give you the links for all of the episodes subbed by A4E (1-70).
Episodes 1-25
Episodes 26-50
Episodes 51-62
Episodes 63-66
Episodes 67-70
For the rest of them, do what I told the guy on my other post. If that doesn't work post again and I'll try to figure out the problem. Hope I could help.

Actually if you check the site that I got them from (www.suprnova.org), then you'll see that all of the torrents I gave you have seeders. I think you are using the whole idea of "seeders" wrong. A seeder is someone who is uploading the file, allowing you to download it too. Can you not find any peers when you try to open the torrent file, or is it that it's going really slow and that you are becoming impatient? It could be the client that you are using. Also, if it is going slow, then you might have to do something called port forwarding (if you have a router/firewall). Hope that cleared that up.
