The audio stream of the videos isn't working under divx player or wmp, but they do under VLC. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to divx or wmp to have the audio streams come through, I'm not too found of using VLC unless I have to.

Well, here is what you can do. If you download a program called GSPOT, it will tell you what type of codec you need. Just tell me what type, and I'll get it to you. Hope I could help.

It says for the audio codec that there are 2 compatible installed, Creative MP3 codec (soundcard), and the MPEG 3 layer decoder one.

Does it say anything about any tags missing? If there are, tell me those because that would be a much easier way of solving your problem. Hope I could help.

No missing tags, the only thing it has on there is - - ** Problem ** ** Codec not registered.

When I try doing the rendering it says: DirectShow partially succeeded to play file. The actual text of the error or warning is:
0x00040242: VFW_S_PARTIAL_RENDER - Some of the streams in this movie are in an unsupported format.
The following combination of filters were used:
{E:\My Stuff\Videos\Na..-.. AonE]Naruto - 01.avi} (Video Source)
{AVI Splitter} (Video Splitter)
{ffdshow MPEG-4 Video Decoder} (Video Decoder)
{Video Renderer} (Video Renderer)

Ok, try the MPEG Layer-3 Codec which you can find here. See if that works, and get back to me on it.
