kakashi summoned a bunch of dogs to track zabuza. maybe naruto can summoned a bunch of frogs, or a bunch of tadpoles.
well if u remember that orochimaru said that the 3rd knew every jutsu in the leaf village. so it would make sense that he can summon several types of creatures if not them all. and like someone said that it takes a lot of chakra to summon so probably only someone like naruto can summon two or three...drool... neways that would be awesome. naruto summoning gamabunta then usin the 3rd's monkey in pole form to beat the livin shit out of people from gama's head...drool again..

if he knows summoning no jutsu......then he knows summoning no jutsu
different animals are just different variations of that SAME jutsu, therefore he can know how to summon just one of these animals, and still say he knows all the jutsus

Like woofcat said, you can summon as many animals as you have a contract with. Most summons require a large amount of chakra though, so it's uncommon for someone to even be able to do more than one in a fight.
u should be able to sign more than one contract but the people who own the scrolls just dont le anyone sign them so it would be rather hard for someone to convince to people to let them sign their scrolls. but i seriously think that when oro.. summoned the 1st and 2nd hokage that this required a contract with the devil, so to speak

Giving blood is part of the contract. In exchange for Gamabunta's strength (or Kakashi's dogs or the Thirds ape), Naruto has to exchange a little of his blood. Also, I think that signing the contract in blood has something to do with it to.

One thing that nobody has really touched on yet that I've seen...but Summon transformations. Sarutobi's ape turned into the 'Diamond Poll' thing..And naruto managed to transform Gamabunta into the nine-tails. But as soon as Naruto jumped off Gamabunta's head he changed back....whereas The ape was able to remain in the Diamond Poll form for a great long time......Any explanation.
Oh and i wanna see a woodchuck summon..or a beaver...or...uhm..A BIG mosquito..how ironic would that be. A blood contract to summon a GIANT blood sucking mosquito....

Naruto did a combination transformation with Gamabunta. Enmas special ability is to turn into the diamond pole, and thus he can stay in the form for however long he wants
Gamabunta vs. Enma:
Oro said something like "This one is troubelsome" i dont think he would say that about Gamabunta so far i think they are not on the same level or at least same usefullness.
Forbidden Jutsu:
And just knowing about a forbidden Jutsu dosent imply you could manage it your own i would say. Even the ANBU outside knew anything about it.

if u remember gamabunta said he sucked at henge. SO it was a combo henge. Without naruto gamabunta couldnt sustain the jutsu. enma was probably a pro at henge and other various jutsus so it was easy for him to do it. EDIT2: that was just my guess too. enma's ability to change into that poll was probably a special jutsu only he can do.

Just watch the episode, him turning into the pole is obviously his special ability. There's no debate about it.
this is my guess on one of the questions. The question was wat if jiraiya and naruto summon gamabunta at the same time who would get it my guess is. The person who more than need chakra in summoning him. IF both put same ammount it might choose by whoever it likes more or see which one of them is in a greater danger than the other. Or they might power struggle whoever can put in the most chakra wins. my guess naruto if naruto gets wtf he has 2 do and kyubi listens to him.
