if ur talking about the kyuubi pic then;
not really... looks good imo, true it might not take a PS genius to make, but he had the idea to do and did it well. so dont critisize him for it
if ur talking about the other pic, (naruto normal) then its quite simply coloured, but its a good starting point

Most of the naruto pic was done with the pain bucket, but the sadows and fabric texture were not, that was the first Photoshop thing I did. So I did somthing easy. the Kyubi was the second thing I've done.

From that I learned never to use it unless i had to. I do all of the coloring with the brush tool. Much more control.
