i agree that sasuke and lee are probably equal, since that's what rock lee said himself. Even though it only took Sasuke a month to reach Lee's speed, it doesn't mean he's faster or whatever. If Oro only expected Tsunade to cure his pain, he wouldn't have promised her to bring back her brother and boyfriend would he? Because she has to fix his arms into working order for him to perform the jutsu properly. And I doubt she can help kakashi or sasuke, because they suffered more psychological damage, probably just need a long rest to get their spirits back.
I doubt Rock Lee could beat Sasuke now, pre-final round of chuunin exam possibly, but now Sasuke could probably whoop him good. Lee commented on Sasuke's inability to maintain the fast speeds, which probably means Lee can maintain the speed for a long time (seems probable because he was weight training for most of his time with Gai). And if you want to talk overall strength, Lee never even touched Gaara, and Sasuke actually wounded him. And Gaara didn't pull the big gigantic spike ball thing on Lee.

Don't think that Lee and Sasuke are equal. They are probably around equal in speed, but I believe Lee said that Sasuke could only hold the speed for a period of time, while that's not the case with Lee. But other than speed, don't think they are the same especailly since Lee was taking out for a long time while Sasuke has been training since.
well, now sasuke has lee's speed, he can keep up with his moves and use his sharingan....

Naruto has the kyubi's powers, and that makes him pretty fast too, as demonstrated in the Neji fight. Plus, Naruto can do jutsus, while Lee can only rely on his fists. Lee might be able to win if he opens the gates, but that takes a lot of effort and time, and time is very very costly.
sasuke will never beat lee for one reason: sasuke sucks and on tsunade healing lee i just wanna say *CENSORED* *CENSORED* *CENSORED* *CENSORED* *CENSORED* and another thing *CENSORED* *CENSORED* *CENSORED* *CENSORED* really if u want to know what happens just read the manga...
